Addison Cherie Larsen entered this world on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 5:24am. Because of complications in early pregnancy, she was born at just 23 weeks and 5 days. Her 1 pound 3 ounces body fought for 7 weeks until she was called home on Wednesday, January 20, 2021.
During her short time on this Earth, she proved she was a fighter. She endured a serious infection, three surgeries on her intestines, seizures, serious swelling, and blood transfusions.
Eventually, the side effects of the many challenges her body had faced took her life. For the last 12 hours of her life, she was held by her mom and dad and she also met her three siblings and both of her grandmothers. After opening both of her eyes and sharing several sacred moments, she passed peacefully in her parents' arms.
Although her time on earth was short, Addie touched more lives than some do in an entire lifetime. She is proof that God lives, and that miracles have not ceased. Until we meet again, we know that her mission of touching lives will continue and her extraordinary spirit will help facilitate God's miracles in the lives of you and me. We love you Addie and we will do everything in our power to be worthy of being with you forever in the eternities.
