Alice (FAY) Howard Oliverson (JONES) of Cedar Hills, Utah was released from this life back to her Heavenly Father, on Saturday, June 5, 2021. Fay died suddenly at the American Fork Utah Intermountain Healthcare Hospital. She was born January 24, 1947 in Cookeville, Tennessee to the late Lawrence Howard and Linnie Ruth Farley Howard Vanderpool Hall. Fay was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She attended the Cedar Hills 11th Ward. Fay married Gorden Oliverson on May 26, 1967 in the Provo, Utah Temple. After Gorden's death she married William Jones on June 17, 1978 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Fay and Gorden had three children, Wendy and twins Gorden and Lawrence. Fay attended Brigham Young University from 1965-1966. She received her relator's license and began selling real estate in 1976. She worked for the American Way Real Estate Company in Cookeville, Tennessee, Osmond Realty in Orem Utah and most recently UR Home Real Estate in Orem, Utah. Fay will forever be in the hearts of her children Wendy and Lawrence Oliverson, grandchildren, Nathan Hargis, Brett Oliverson, Michael Hardin, Amanda Heir, siblings Roy (Rebecca) Howard and Judy (William) Kyle, step-father James Hall, niece Christy (Chris) Knight, nephews Ryan (Sarah) Howard and Ramey (Elese) Kyle and her beloved dog Bella. Fay was preceded in death by husbands Gorden Oliverson and William Jones, stepfather Bill Vanderpool, son Gorden Oliverson II, sister Sharon Bremner, niece Charity Howard Kipper, great-niece Kayleigh Howard and great-nephew William Kyle. An open house will be held on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 from 5 to 7 pm at the Walker Sanderson Funeral Home, 646 East 800 North, Orem, Utah. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 11, 2021, at Goff's Funeral Home in Monterey, Tennessee. Burial will be in the Sand Springs Memorial Gardens in Monterey, Tennessee.
