Brooke Tolman - Coutlee, age 37, passed away on July 14, 2026, after a courageous lifelong battle with Type 1 diabetes and related complications.

Born on February 11, 1989, Brooke was known for her joyful spirit, quick wit, and deep compassion for others. She graduated from Glendora High School in 2007 and attended college in Provo, Utah. Throughout her life, she was admired for her kindness, work ethic, and ability to make others feel valued and loved.

Brooke’s greatest joy was her family. She is survived by her husband, Nick Coutlee, and their two children, Cooper and Eva, who were the center of her world. She also leaves behind her parents, John and Franceen Tolman, her siblings, and many extended family members and friends who loved her dearly.

Despite lifelong health challenges, Brooke met life with courage, humor, and resilience. Her faith in Jesus Christ and her devotion to her family defined her life and legacy.

The family expresses gratitude to all who supported and cared for Brooke during her illness.

Brooke will be remembered for her love, laughter, and unwavering devotion to those she held dear. Her family finds peace in the hope of the Resurrection and the promise of being together again through Jesus Christ.
