Our sweet, beautiful wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend, Cherri Michelle Stringfellow Gillispie passed away peacefully at home on January 13, 2024 in Provo, Utah. She was born on October 8, 1974 in American Fork, Utah to Kay Morgan and Roy Hutchison. She was later adopted by Landon Stringfellow.

She attended schools in the Provo/Orem area graduating in 1992. She loved camping, fishing, biking and other sports. As a child she excelled in gymnastics, and boy was she fun to watch! She won numerous ribbons and awards of which she was very proud.

Her children, Jon Michael and Kaylee Jade were the joy of her life. She was so proud of them and all of their achievements.

She loved going to concerts where the music was never too loud for her. She loved spending time with her nieces and nephews; Shelby, Dylan, Devin, Alex and Morgan whom she considered her own. Her happiest times were spent with her family.

She married Bob Gillispie on December 5, 2021 and was so excited to be marrying her best friend. Her and Bob enjoyed their beautiful home together with their two dogs, an african grey parrot and cat.

She is survived by her husband Bob, children, Jon and Kaylee, Mother, Kay, sister Brandy, step son Eric and numerous extended family members who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her father Landon "Tuck" Stringfellow, brother Cary Stringfellow, Grandparents, Lester and Marlene Morgan and Great Grandparents, Morris and Virgina Duke.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at 1:00 pm at the Sharon First Ward LDS Church located at 641 South 400 East, Orem, Utah with a luncheon following the service. A private family viewing will be held prior to the service. We will miss you and love you forever our sweet "Shell Belle"
