We are celebrating the joyful, loving, kind-hearted  life of Christian Heath Phillips. Surrounded by family, he went to heaven on Easter Sunday April 21st, 2019 after a life long battle of health issues.  Christian was born on Aug.31, 1972 in Provo, UT.  He is the only son of Clarence Hartsell Phillips & Julie Halladay Phillips. He is the brother of Jennifer Atkin, Wendy Hayward ( Mike ) & Julianna Phillips. Christian served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints in Nashville, Tennessee from 1994-1996. He was also a licensed Acute Dialysis Technician & he worked for IHC for 20yrs. He was loved by all & always found a way to make others laugh even if he himself wasn't in a laughing mood. Christian leaves behind a large legacy of family & Friends. He was an uncle to ,Kody Atkin (Bobbie ), Austin Atkin (Cheryl Blatnick) ,Brtitney Nielson (Mitch), Wyatt & Sam Atkin.  Allie and Dillon Hayward.  Jada Wheeler, Jordan  & Josh Baker.  Great nephews & nieces are Krew ,Oakley, Kodyn & Kai Atkin, Remington and Trinity Atkin.  Gryphon and Duquesne  Nielson. Preceded in death by Grandma & Grandpa Phillips , Grandma & Grandpa Halladay, Two aunts, Ann and Doris, cousin BJ.   Christian will be greatly missed but never forgotten, his bright smile & wonderful laugh will live on in the minds & hearts of all that knew him. A viewing will be held Friday night, April 26 2019 from 6-8pm at the Lakeside 8th ward Chapel. 131 South 1600 West Provo, Utah. Funeral services will be held on Saturday April 27th 2019 at Noon in the same chapel. Preceding the funeral there will be a viewing from 10:45 - 11:45 am. Burial will be in the Payson City cemetery immediately following the services.
