Gloria (Concepcion Adelaida) de Filippelli, age 91, passed away peacefully on the morning of February 12, 2018. She was surrounded by her loving children Irene (George) Michalek, Gloria (Larry) Searl, Gabriela Martinez, (Arlette) Filippelli, Omar Filippelli, and Diego (Silvina) Filippelli. Gloria was born in Capital Federal, Buenos Aires, Argentina December 6th 1926. She is the oldest of eight siblings. Gloria was known for her strong will and zest for life. She loved the Gospel of Jesus Christ and her oil paintings show how much she also loved nature. Gloria has been an amazing daughter and a relentless caregiver for her mom and many of her siblings and has sacrificed everything to raise a beautiful family of her own. And she continued to work on her artistic abilities and gardening skills until the last days of her life. Funeral Services will take place Wednesday 14, 2018, starting at 12:00 pm in Orem Utah, at the LDS chapel on 590 N. 900 W.
