David Rulon Fairholm, born on June 19, 1956, passed away peacefully on August 24th at his childhood home in Orem, Utah, at the age of 70.

David is fondly remembered by his children, Kori Lowe, Kristin Cotant, and Kallie Vest. He is predeceased by his beloved son, Troy Fairholm. His mother, Barbra, survives him, while his father, Rulon, and siblings Susan and Tim have passed on. He cherished his relationships with his sister Diana and brother Kenny.

Known for his vibrant sense of humor, David brought smiles to those around him, whether through a light-hearted joke or shared laughter. A self-taught harmonica player and skilled woodworker, he transformed ordinary pieces of wood into intricate works of art, a talent reminiscent of his father's.

David had a profound love for his dogs, particularly his cherished poodles. His faithful companion Sky, also known as Kizzy, stood by his side until the very end.

Raised in Orem after being born in Albuquerque, David graduated from Orem High School. He was remembered as a kind, cheerful soul and a devoted "mama's boy." Throughout his life, he enjoyed watching classic westerns, tending to his garden, and collecting antique pocket knives.

David's spirit and legacy live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
