Our beautiful mother, partner, daughter, sister, aunt and friend to many chose to spread her wings to fly on to her next big adventure on June 11, 2021. Erin Marie Hollingsworth was born May 28, 1982 in American Fork Utah to Tommy and Darlene Hollingsworth. As the baby sister of four older siblings, Erin's arrival to this earth was anxiously awaited. Born like a cherub with her shiny golden curls, big blue eyes, rosy cheeks, and lips like a rosebud she was impossible not to love. The love of her life Mathew and the 4 sons they shared together will miss the incredible woman who brought such passion and love to life. Erin spent her early childhood years in Lehi playing in ditches, eating ants and playing with worms. If our little water baby couldn't be found at the Lehi pool then she was off camping with her family or jumping the waves in California. Erin had a great love for nature and all creatures from the get go. Erin moved to Cedar Hills at the age of nine where she met the wonderful girlfriends she is still close to today. In Cedar Hills she loved to ride her bike at the tracks and play in the creek. She attended Lone Peak High School. Erin married Keagan Shepherd in 2004 with whom she was able to bring into the world her most prized possessions, her sons Roman and Mason. Though they later divorced they have remained good friends and partners in raising their boys. Erin graduated from Elase Academy (now NIMA) in 2011 with a Master of Esthetics. Erin had a great passion for all things skin and nutrition. She also enjoyed painting, gardening, music and spending time outdoors with her family. She had a very keen mind and a passion for natural medicine. Her thirst for feeling well made her quite the herbalist. Our Gemini was born a true intuitive and empath which led her on her spiritual journey of studying crystals, astrology and the way of the tarot which she thoroughly enjoyed. She resided in Provo, Utah with her beloved partner Mathew and their 4 beautiful sons Roman, Mason, Aydin, Giovanni and their dog Kanoki (Dug). Erin is survived by her partner Mathew Bjarnson, her children Roman, Mason, Aydin, and Giovanni, her parents Tommy and Darlene Hollingsworth of Cedar Hills and her second parents Mark and Karen Bjarnson of Provo, former spouse Keagan Shepherd of Taylorsville and his parents Randy and Michelle Shepherd of Lehi UT three brothers Jeffrey (Jacob) of McNeal AZ, Brent (Michelle) of Saratoga Springs UT, David (Christina) of Lehi UT, sister Kimberly Christensen (Paul) of Salt Lake City UT and many loved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, John James Christensen and Grandparents Philip and Ruby Hollingsworth, Wilford and Maxine Sparkes, and Douglas Dixon Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 18, 2021 at Walker Sanderson Mortuary Funeral Home (85 East 300 South, Provo, UT.) Erin requested casual, colorful attire.
