GAY LYNN BAILEY July 22, 1945-August 5, 2017 Ahh, if you knew this beautiful lady, then you were the recipient of her genuine love and kindness. Her story is best told by the hundreds of people who will be forever changed by her beautiful smile, concern, a gentle hug or squeeze of the arm, and the many gifts that she placed on door steps, frequently in times of need. Gay was born in Salt Lake City July 22, 1945 (Gay Lynn White). She graduated from Granite High School (also now deceased) and later earned a bachelor degree in interior design from Brigham Young University. She is married to George M Bailey (please note the present tense is). She has four beautiful children who are as wonderfully different as is genetically possible: Adrienne, Tara (Joshua), April (Matthew), and Deven. Six spectacular grandchildren grace her life with constant laughter: Wilder, George, Marley, Henry, AJ, and Ezra. Gay has a spiritual depth that is very personal and never flaunted. Her relationship with her "elder brother" is deep, genuine, and real. Both the viewing and funeral services will be at the LDS Canyon View 5th Ward Chapel 1090 North 400 East Orem, Utah. Viewings: Friday night August 11 at 6-8 pm and prior to the funeral service on Saturday August 12 at 11:45am to 12:45pm Funeral Service: 1:00 pm Saturday August 12 with interment at the Orem City Cemetery Please join us in a celebration of love and respect.
