Obituary

Our wonderful and much loved Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather and Great-Great Grandfather, passed away peacefully on March 10, 2026. He is reunited with our beloved Mother, Deanne Davis Warner.

Gordon was born September 13, 1923, in Spanish Fork Utah to Ezra and Elthear Jex Warner.

He met the love of his life Deanne Davis in High School and were married on June 23, 1942. He then joined the Navy and served in Navy printing operations at San Francisco and Pearl Harbor during the war.

After the war he started Warner Color Lab in Salt Lake City and expanded to Los Angeles and Santa Barbara Calif. He invented a new method for producing color separations for the printing and Newspaper industries and sold his methods and related equipment to printers and Newspapers throughout the U.S. Canada. Gordon served as LDS Elders, Stake 70s, Thistle Branch and Stake Mission Presidents.

He loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting and time with the family. He also loved Music and always had a song in his heart and his harmonica in pocket.

He is survived by 6 of his 7 children, Mariely Bleyl, Sheryl Koenig, Rhea Fugal, Paul G. Warner, Glen R. Warner and Kevin D. Warner, 27 Grandchildren, 48 Great Grandchildren and 9 Great Great Grandchildren. He has 2 surviving sisters Nadine Ericson and Majel Deveraux.

He is preceded in death by his wife Deanne, Daughter Loraine, two brothers and two sisters.

Funeral Services will be held at Walker Funeral Home, 187 South Main, Spanish Fork, on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 11:00am. Family and friends may visit Monday evening at the funeral home from 6:00-8:00 pm and Tuesday morning from 9:30-10:30am prior to services. Interment will be in the Spanish Fork City Cemetery.
