Jackson Todd Hansen was born on May 19th, 1993, in Provo, Utah. He was 28 years old when he passed away in his home in Orem, Utah. He will be remembered by his family and friends as a kind and giving person. He could light up any room with his humor and big smile. He made those around him feel safe and loved. He was always willing to give comfort to those around him, no matter what the circumstances. Whatever he had to give, he honestly gave. He loved everyone without judgement. Jackson loved to have deep conversations about life, politics, and the gospel. When life was tough on him, he never gave up. He never stopped trying, even when his obstacles seemed insurmountable. His optimism and positive attitude in the face of trials was an example to all who knew him. He was a brother, best friend, and son, who loved spending time with his nieces and nephews. He loved his Savior and Heavenly Father, though he always felt like he was falling short. Even if it meant he had to start over every day, Jackson never stopped trying to be like them. Jackson is survived by his father, Kent Hansen, and his mother Jody Richman Covington, as well as his siblings, Cassie Webster, Jake Hansen, Kallie Walker, Haley Goulding, and Shelby Raven. The funeral will be held Thursday, March 3, 2022 at the LDS Church Meetinghouse at 60 East 1600 North, Orem, Utah, 84057 at 11:00 am. There will be a viewing preceding the services from 9-10:30 am, and a Family Prayer from 10:30-11:00 am. A Live Broadcast will begin at 11:00 a.m. on www.walkersanderson.com where condolences and memories may be shared with the family. Burial services will commence immediately following the funeral at 1520 North 800 East, Orem, Utah, 84057.
