Janet E Ferguson Wing, age 77 of Provo Utah, died on July 10, 2019 surrounded by family in Provo, Utah. She was born August 31, 1941 to Ray B. and Lois Monson Ferguson. She married Lynn Boyd Wing on October 17, 1957 in Preston, Idaho. They made their home in Provo for over 60 years. Her husband Lynn Boyd Wing died November 6, 2010. Janet was a homemaker and worked for Provo School District in the child nutrition department for 35 years. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served as visit teacher, primary teacher. She served in the Young Women and was the compassionate service leader for many years. She loved being outside pulling weeds, and watering her flowers. She loved Saturday garage sales. She loved her NFL Dallis Cowboys. She loved listening to a live band and dancing with her sweetheart Bob. She loved to crochet and decorate for all the holidays. Janet is survived by her two daughters Debbie (Preston) Gause and Cindy (Ron) Christen; both of Provo; 5 grandchildren Kade, Klay, Lisa, Jason, and Justin; 16 greatgrandchildren and one on the way. Debbie's: Katelyn, Ethan, Lincoln, Eli, Miles, and Zane, Jaxton, Rodrik, Calvin, Archie. Cindy's: Kasey, Kaydee, Maycee, Skylie, Lukas, Sidney, new one due in January. She is also survived by her sisters Arleen, Elaine, and Marilyn and her brothers Melvin and Dennis. She was dearly loved and deeply missed. Funeral services will be Monday, July 15, 2019, 11:00 a.m., in the River Grove 2nd ward at 450 North 1220 West, Provo. Family and friends may visit Sunday, July 14, 2019, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. and Monday morning 10:00-10:45 a.m. all at the church. Interment will be in the Provo City Cemetery.
