IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Jasmine Margarita
Lloyd
May 15, 1956 – November 25, 2025
Jasmine Lloyd, a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on November 25, 2025, at the age of 69. Her passing followed a long and valiant fight with heart complications, a poignant circumstance for a woman who lived her life with the biggest heart and possessed an extraordinary capacity to love deeply.
Jasmine was born on May 15, 1956, in Friedberg, Germany, and came to the States in her early childhood years. She and her loving husband, Keith Lloyd, were sealed for all eternity on October 22, 1976, in the Washington D.C. Temple. They started their family in Chicago, where they welcomed their first son. In 1978, they planted their roots in Orem, Utah, where they completed their family, welcoming eight more children. Jasmine spent her life creating a warm and vibrant home for her family.
A loving, caring, and vibrant soul, Jasmine's greatest pride and joy was her family. She was a dedicated mother and grandmother to her beloved family, finding immense happiness in their lives and celebrating every one of their accomplishments. She was a loving grandmother who cherished and loved all ten of her grandchildren deeply. Giving random gifts each time she saw them; a way she expressed her love. One of the greatest joys in Jasmine's life was spending precious moments with her children and grandchildren on "little adventures." It never had to be anything grand—just a trip to the store, baking treats, making crafts, a drive up the canyon, a quick visit or phone call, enjoying a movie night, or a girls' weekend getaway. She looked forward to those simple moments that brought her joy and a smile to her face, because to her, any moment shared with her kids and grandkids was an adventure worth celebrating that meant everything to her.
She found delight in the smallest pleasures: treating herself and the girls to home pedicures (always finishing her own toes with her signature bright-red polish—the only color she ever wore on her nails), tending her summer patio tomato garden and sharing the warm, sun-ripened fruits with her family, planting her summer flower pots, listening to the sound of rain, enjoying the fresh snowfall, changing up her home decor and furniture arrangements, and loving on every single one of her children's dogs. Those furry grand-puppies brought an extra sparkle to her eyes and a constant smile to her face; their wagging tails and sloppy kisses brightened even her hardest days.
Her beautiful smile, playful kind-hearted spirit, selfless love, generosity, appreciation for the little things in life, and her ability to create beauty around her are memories her family will carry forever. She lives on in each one of her children and grandchildren.
Her nurturing spirit found a creative outlet in crafting. She was known for amazing wooden holiday crafts she lovingly painted by hand. Fittingly, Christmas, a time of giving and togetherness, was her favorite holiday, a season she made magical for her family through her handmade creations and loving spirit. Her family is comforted knowing she made it back to her home in Heaven to celebrate her favorite holiday there.
Jasmine is survived by her husband of 49 years, Keith Lloyd; their nine children: Keith Lloyd, Jr.(Sarah), Kristina Johnson (RJ), Michael Lloyd, Jennifer Holdsworth (Scott), Thomas Lloyd, Katherine Lloyd, Steven Lloyd (Miwa), Natalie Proctor (Ben), and Jessica Lloyd; and ten grandchildren: Cierra, Zaq, Kyela, Noah, Mia, Oakley, Amelia, Jaxton, Quincy, and Scottie. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Jasmine's legacy of unconditional love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
A viewing will be held on Friday, December 5th, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Walker Sanderson Funeral Home in Orem (646 E 800 N) with the burial immediately following.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be directed to her youngest daughter, Jessica Lloyd, who Jasmine was the primary caretaker for.
