Jeanette Overson Schwab passed away Monday, December 9, 2019, in her Orem Utah home after 89 years of faithful service as a wife, mother, teacher, and member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She grew up in Leamington and Lynndyl, Utah, and married Nephi G. Schwab and moved to Lund, later to Ely, Nevada. Jeanette developed and shared many talents including dancing, sewing, singing, baking, cake decorating, quilting, and square dancing. Jeanette is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, one sister, her beloved eternal husband (Nephi),and two sons (Glen and Gordon). She is survived by her daughters (Gloria and Glenda), one brother (Rodger), and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be Friday December 20, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. the Park 4th Ward Chapel 50 South 750 West, Orem. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday December 19, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Walker Sanderson Funeral Home 646 East 800 North, Orem or Friday morning from 9:45-10:45 a.m at the church prior to the services. Interment will be in the Orem City Cemetery 1520 North 800 East, Orem Jeanette's family is especially grateful to the following for the gentle and loving care given to Jeanette since the October 25 diagnosis: the medical staff and personnel of both the ER and the 8th floor at Utah Valley Hospital, and A-Plus Home Care & Hospice.
