Joan Cherie Clark Adams

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Joan Cherie Clark Adams, aged 73, on 23 February 2025 in Provo.

Cherie was born on 26 March 1951 in Windsor, England, to Maurice George Clark and Veronica Towey Clark. She spent her early years in Windsor, where she attended St. Stephen's School.

A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend, Cherie will be remembered for her warm heart, kindness, sense of humor, and outgoing nature. She was a social and caring person who loved to listen to others. Cherie had a deep appreciation for nature, enjoyed traveling back to England to visit family and friends, and had a special fondness for the Isle of Wight, where she often visited the Donkey Sanctuary. She cherished time at the seaside, and collecting fine bone English china. Cherie was also known for her love of chocolates, Pepsi, and caring for babies, children, and her beloved pets—her dog Daisy and cat Minnie.

Cherie is survived by her husband, Ralph Adams; son, David; daughters, Marian, Celeste (Joel) and Brittney (Bennett); grandchildren, Lindsay, Benjamin, Rachel, Colton, Kyle, and Jacob; and sister, Jacqueline Clark. She was predeceased by her parents, Maurice and Veronica Clark, and her sister, Joyce Clark.

A celebration of Cherie's life will be held at 11 AM on Friday, 28 February 2025 at the Sunset Third Ward, 1090 W. 1020 S., Provo, UT. A viewing will be held from 6 PM to 8 PM on Thursday, 27 February at the church, and also from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM prior to the services.

Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery, 1997 S. 400 E., Springville, UT.
