Joan Kendall Wiley passed on to Jehovah's loving arms on March 20th, 2023 from complications following surgery.

Joan was born in Payson, Utah on July 23, 1942 to her parents, Lula Velma and Elmo Jones Kendall. She grew up in Payson until 13 years of age, when her family moved to Provo, Utah.

Joan married Byron Jay Wiley on August 14, 1962. They raised their 3 daughters Kathy Lou, Tracey Lee and Sandra Jean in Provo. Joan enjoyed fishing, camping and basically anything outdoors. She loved gardening and eating vegetables fresh from the garden.

Joan was baptized a Jehovah Witness in 1994 and attended the Provo congregation until she was unable to because of physical limitations. She still enjoyed listening to the weekly meetings though by phone and her many visits from her Kingdom Hall friends. She truly cherished her special friendship with Jane.

Joan was known for her caring nature and her unconditional love for all. She raised her daughters and helped raise her grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Joan remained a constant in her family's lives, always lending a listening ear and a loving heart. She also really knew how to make you laugh with her witty sense of humor.

Joan was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her brother Eugene and her daughter Kathy. Joan is survived by her 2 daughters Tracey Pino & Sandra Sharp (Gene), her 6 grandchildren Amy, Misty, Tressa, Tyler, Amber and Leslie, her 15 great grandchildren Garin, Kyra, Tiera, Aria, Gracie, Domenico, Ivy, Rosalee, Ruby J, Braiden, Jay, Reanna, Daygan, Jaycee and Emily, her 2 siblings Clark Kendall (Julie) and Lynne Ozuna (Perry) and many other nieces and nephews.

The way you made us all feel loved unconditionally will never be forgotten. You will forever be in our hearts. Until we meet again.
