Jodi Ann Louder, 47 of Orem, Utah passed away March 1, 2018 in Provo. She was born July 19, 1970 in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Gordon B. and Margene Porter Jensen. She spent her early years in Idaho and later Utah and Abilene, Texas. Jodi worked doing home health care and loved it. She was a natural because caring for others made her happy. After Jodi had her own two children, she started babysitting others' children. The children were all so loved and genuinely cared for as if they were her own. Jodi constantly cared for others in need. She lived and loved by serving others. If you were lucky enough to be loved by Jodi, you knew it and felt it in every way. To be loved by her meant that no matter the mistake, hurt, or hour, she was there for you. Jodi kept in touch with many people and she took a great deal of time to reach out to others. She freely offered all she had to others and was always a willing participant in any service needed. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served a mission in Lansing, Michigan. She enjoyed traveling and taking her children on outings. She loved watching her children play their sports and was their biggest fan. Jodi also loved cooking and baking. She often cooked for others and found immense joy in doing so. Jodi also had a feisty and teasing side, and loved adventure. She never enjoyed being taken care of herself and often dealt with pain in silence. Jodi was preceded in death by her father Gordon B. Jensen. She is survived by her husband, Edwin R. Louder, children Parker Dee Louder and Mylie Ann Louder. She is also survived by her parents Ken and Margene Harward, and Evelyn Jensen, her brothers Brett Jensen, Kurt Jensen, and Kelly Jensen, and her sisters, Lori Nielsen and Holly Gough. Along with many loving family and friends. She loved her family with every fiber of her being and wanted only their love and happiness. Funeral services will be held on Thursday March 8, 2018 in the Sharon Park 8th ward building at 85 E 700 N, Orem, beginning at 11:00 am. Friends and family may visit Wednesday March 7, 2018 from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm at the Walker Sanderson Funeral Home at 646 E 800 N, Orem or before the service from 10:00 am- 10:50 am at the church.
