Joshua Joseph Seward was born on June 28th, 1988 in Port Angeles, Washington.
Even as a child, Josh always loved people and made friends with everyone he met.
He loved the outdoors and found joy in hiking, fishing, skiing and snowboarding.
Josh was known for calling friends at all hours of the day or night, inviting them to come on a hike, go fishing, or help someone in a bind.
He loved serving people and always made time for those who needed help, even when it seemed there was no time to give.
Those closest to him were always amazed at the energy he had to do the things that were most meaningful to him, even after working long hours.
Josh's service to the community included volunteering as a fireman in Joyce, Washington for ten years.
Joshua was baptized a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints while living in Joyce, Washington. He enjoyed being a member of the Joyce Branch, and later a member of the Lincoln Park ward in Port Angeles, Washington.
Josh later moved to Utah, where he made more friends, discovered his love for skiing and snowboarding, and even met a second cousin he never knew he had.
Joshua's membership in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints continued to be an important part of his life as he attended Single Adult Wards in Orem, Utah.
Joshua graduated with his Journeyman Electrician Certificate May 14th 2024.
Joshua passed away in his sleep on May 24th, 2026.
Joshua's influence and example will live on in the memory of those who knew him, and he will be greatly missed by family and friends. He is survived by his father, Mark Seward, his mother, Debra Green Seward, his brother Tom Seward, and his sister Kimberly Seward.
He is also survived by his second cousin Norman Harrison & his wife Cheryl and their Family, and Patricia Snow Harrison. And Josh's Honorary Family Les & Julie Scott and their extended Family.
