Kathryn Joyce Eden Olsen of Spanish Fork, Utah passed away on June 20, 2025 at the age of 74.

She was born to Joyce Taylor and Charles Eden in Nephi, Utah. She married Dennis Allan Olsen of Springville, Utah. They had two sons, Brett and Michael. Throughout her life, she and her husband owned and operated several businesses. She was a hard worker all her life, nothing was left undone.

She is survived by her mother Joyce Parker, step father William Parker, step mother Irmina Eden, her son Michael (Mona) Olsen of Florida, sisters Lorna (Vern) Holgate of Evanston, Wyoming, Janice (Troy) Nielson of Copperas Cove, Texas and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband Dennis, son Brett, father Charles Eden and her sister Peggy Gipson.
