Kayson James White (also known by those closest to him as "Bubba") , son of Jason James White and Mattie B. Clark, spread his angel wings at the young age of 15 on July 19th, 2020.
Kayson was born in Orem, Utah on September 5th, 2004. Kayson was an outstanding, beautiful, and selfless individual. He was always around and willing to lend a helping hand. Kayson was known for his great sense of humor and his ability to make people laugh. His facial expressions, his body language (especially his dance moves), and his mouth, amplified his sense of humor. Kayson was such a gentleman, which is a rare find these days.
Kayson loved to do the things most 15 year olds do. He loved to skateboard, and hang out with his friends. He was a video game master and highly enjoyed playing video games. He liked playing poker with his dad and mom on family game nights, but had a horrible poker face. Kayson was learning to speak Spanish but was especially well versed in Spanish slang. He loved music and was a great dancer. Kayson was an extraordinary fisherman. He loved everything about fish down to the water, eating sushi, reeling them in, cooking them over the fire , and observing them. He wanted to eventually become a Marine Biologist.
Kayson's parents would like to remind everyone to please remember Kayson for the gentle, caring, loving person that he was and that every human life is unique and valuable. No one deserves to be remembered by a single decision, however flawed. No matter how challenging his life may have been, it also held moments of joy, friendship, love, laughs, and happiness that deserve to be remembered. So he should be remembered for the full life he lived, and in all of the precious moments that we shared with him. The family will have a balloon release to honor Kayson after all services.
Kayson is survived by his loving parents, Jason White and Mattie Barlow White, brother Zayden Joe White, sisters Oakley Marie Cavalli and Kia Brandy Booth, and his Grandma Jan Woodward. He is preceded in death by his adored birth mother, Kristina Marie Cavalli Booth.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Walker Sanderson Funeral Home. Condolences may be offered to the family and a live broadcast of services may be watched at www.walkersanderson.com
