Our loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother & friend, Kelly Leonard Leftwich, 61, unexpectedly passed away on the morning of Wednesday, January 26th at his home in Vineyard. Kelly was born January 13th, 1961, in Provo, UT, to Jack Leftwich & Jeanine Fullmer (Leftwich) Kelly is the fourth of five children. Kelly graduated from Timpview High School and shortly after enlisted in the United States Navy where he served on the U.S.S. Ingersoll. After returning home from the Navy, he entered the family business at D & L Supply and continued his ventures in entrepreneurship. Later, he found a passion for real estate and continued that up until his death. In the early winter of 1999, Kelly met the love of his life Shelley Lynn Hathaway whom later went on to marry in June of 2002 in the Mount Timpanogos Temple. They each brought children into the marriage and continued to raise them together. Kelly has always had a love for golf and has always wanted to live on the green of a golf course. In 2010, they built their forever home on just that, the green of a golf course! He loved all things golf, BYU, reminiscing with his Navy brothers even many years later, traveling with his wife to many places, spending time at their cabin, going boating/fishing, and spending time with his kids and grandkids! There was always a lesson in everything that he did! He was not about to leave this world knowing that he didn't teach all that he could! He is survived by his loving wife, Shelley; son, Kayle; son, Michael (Brittney); son, Brandon (Hannah); sisters, Katrina (Craig), Linda (Stewart), Jacki (Brian), Kim (Garrick); and grandchildren Sequoia, Ryder, Kaysen, Axeton & Nikayla. Kelly is preceded in death by his parents Jack Leftwich & Jeanine Fullmer (Leftwich) & his brother Johnny Leftwich.
