Survived by his wife, Paulette, family and extended family.

Born in Payson, grew up in California and settled in Springville. Kelly was a high school baseball pitcher. Minor leagues were looking at him when life took a different direction. Constantly reading science, history, spritual, philosophy, ancient religions and fiction books. You could converse with him on just about anything. Family dynamics were a struggle at times; but he loved unconditionally.

There will be a Family Celebration of Life.
