Lauren Robert Santor, 76 of Orem , UT completed his earthly life and mission in the early hours of December 2, 2020 where he was reunited with his beloved dog Sassy.
Lauren was born on May 27, 1944 in Kent, Washington. He was one of seven children. He served in the Postal Division of the United States Army for many years.
Lauren loved being outdoors, doing yard work, fishing, and metal detecting. He had many travels across the country and had lived in many places. Anyone that knew Lauren enjoyed hearing about his life adventures and stories of mischief.
Lauren always had a special smile and positive outlook on life and that tended to rub off on anyone who met him.
Lauren is survived by his brother Donald Santor of New Hampshire and a best friend Kim Evans and wife Patsy of Lehi, UT. He was preceded in death by his parents Isreal Lawrence Santor and Alice Nason siblings Winifred Gannon (sister), Ellie Torvinen (sister), Larry Santor (brother), Irene Majersky (sister), and Mary Van Cedarfield (sister).
A private, graveside service will be held at Fort Williams with a full military burial on December 7, 2020. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Utah Division of Veterans of Foreign War in Lauren's name.
Lauren possessed a kind heart and was loved by many. He will be deeply missed by many. Special thanks to Covington Village in Orem and Tendercare Hospice for their compassionate and loving care of Lauren.
