Lisa Roach Brereton age 59 of Orem passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2018 as a result of complications of a heart attack. She was born in Provo, Utah on August 2, 1959 to J.R. Roach and Hope Rasmussen Prestwich. She graduated from Orem High School in 1977. She married Clark B Brereton on April 24, 1980 in the Manti LDS Temple. She is survived by her husband and five children, Gina Anderson, Jordan Brereton, Melanie Covington, Austin Brereton, Mindie Brereton, her mother Hope Rasmussen and 7 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father J.R. Roach. She worked as Attendance and social worker for Alpine School District for 20 years. She also had a passion for writing and went on to publish 4 self help books. She was always positive and greeted everyone with a smile and was loved by all those who knew her. Funeral services will be held Tuesday November 20, 2018, 11:00 a.m., Sharon Park 6 th Ward, 225 East 200 North Orem. Family and friends by visit, Monday November 19, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the Walker Sanderson Funeral Home at 646 E 800 N, Orem and Tuesday before the service from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the church. Interment will be in the Orem City Cemetery.
