IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Lisa Ann
Perkins
July 29, 1978 – January 25, 2024
Our beautiful Angel Lisa Ann Topham Perkins passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on January 25, 2024, in Orem, Utah. Lisa was born to Bruce Norman Topham and Ruth Ann Bennett Topham Vreeken on July 29, 1978, at Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, Utah. Lisa married Macrayan Perkins, they had one son (Samuel Perkins) and they later divorced. Lisa, met her companion Becky Shaw that she was with for 12 years, they raised their children together. Becky's children are Daniel and Shaulee Callister. Lisa saw Becky's children as her own and loved them very much. Lisa was a member of the LDS church and was baptized at the age of 8. Lisa had a great love for her Heavenly Father.
Lisa pursed her career at the North Star Printing Company in Spanish Fork Utah. Lisa worked there for 13 years. She later retired due to her illness and was unable to work. Lisa went and lived with her dad to help take care of each other. Lisa came to live at Topham's Tiny Tots Care Center where she loved interacting with the residents and loved working in the kitchen as a dietary aid. Topham's was Lisa first job. She started working there at the young age of 12.
Lisa was very involved in her son Samuel's life. Lisa and Sam had so many wonderful moments together that brough Lisa great joy. He was the light of her existence and let's not forget her fur baby Chico. Lisa's little furry companion that never left her side.
Lisa adored her nieces and nephews and loved her siblings unconditionally.
Lisa was a very kind and caring and positive person, she never had a negative thing to say. Lisa has been a sweet angel since the day she was born. She always told you she loves you. Despite significant health challenges and complications in her youth and adulthood, due to having Juvenile diabetes, Lisa was a trooper with her disease and a great example to all who knew her. Lisa loved hanging out with all her family and especially loved going to Wendover with her son Sam and Aunt Karen. Anyone who knew Lisa also knew that she was one of the strongest defenders and advocates of those she loved. When Lisa loved you, she loved you with her whole soul. Lisa was an incredible daughter, sister, mother, niece, granddaughter, cousin, and friend. She will be greatly missed by those she left behind, but our family finds great peace in knowing that she is finally reunited with her beloved Dad, Mom, Brother and Grandparents that passed before her.
Samuel Perkins and the Topham family would like to thank everyone for their love, support and compassion, and tireless commitment in making Lisa's life so comfortable in her final days.
