IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Livvy Skye
Ward
March 12, 2009 – September 30, 2024
Livvy Ward was born on March 12, 2009, in West Jordan, Utah to her loving parents, Alissa and Matt. Livvy passed away unexpectedly on September 29, 2024, leaving behind a community that adored her vibrant, fearless spirit. Her smile, contagious laughter, and compassionate heart brightened the lives of everyone she touched. Our hearts ache with her loss, but the joy she brought to so many will never be forgotten.
A gifted athlete, Livvy's talents extened far beyond gymnastics, bike riding, and skiing with her family. She was constantly in motion—flipping effortlessly through trampoline practice or perfecting dance choreography that would leave her friends in awe. Never one to shy away from adventure, she could be found bouncing across giant floating houses in the middle of a lake, sneaking in flips during cheer practice or ending the day lounging in hammocks. Her love for the outdoors matched her endless enthusiasm for life.
Livvy's passion for music and the arts was equally boundless. Whether she was strumming her guitar, playing piano, or creating dance routines, she poured her heart into every beat. She also had a quirky side, loving her Asian gummy kits, binge-watching The Adventures of Ladybug and Cat Noir, and sharing her headphones for impromptu music sessions. With her love for pink and her fun crop tops, she lived boldly and unapologetically—including cheering along to "Rich Baby Daddy" or playing yet another victorious round of Juice in card games with friends and family.
Her spontaneous, carefree spirit always kept those around her guessing. Livvy loved a good scare, often making people she loved watch scary movies. Her loud, carefree laughter will forever echo in our hearts, as will the countless memories she created with her family and friends.
Livvy is survived by her mother, father, brother Taj and sisters Kaiya and Marley, a large extended family and countless friends who are considered family.
There will be a viewing and celebration of life from 9am to 1130 am on Saturday, Oct 5, 2024 at Walker Sanderson Funeral Home, 646 E 800 N Orem, Utah. Everyone is welcome.
