Obituary

A bright star fell from heaven and landed on earth on September 25, 1959. Lonnie Allen Birmingham arrived to begin his adventure of life. He was the first born son to Billy Birmingham and Linda Norred of Yuba California. He has three siblings who adored their big brother: Tim Birmingham (Rosie), Tyma North, and Billie Dolbear.

He is the light and love of his fiance Rainbow Abegg. He became the step-father to her six children Dane Abegg (April), Skyler Abegg (Catherine), Ariel Burr (Scott), Hadassah Kuhlmann (Anton), Simon Abegg (Courtney), Clancy Murphy (Steven) and Poppie to their 12 grandchildren and 2 more on the way. He kept the cookie jar full, was an expert tent maker out of blankets, and a professional pony to give them rides. Most beloved Poppie on earth and now in heaven.

He created his own family through the marriage to Stacy Glissmeyer and they created more star lights: Madeline Marcum (Alex), Rachel Birmingham, Sarah Birmingham, and Aaron Birmingham. Madeline and Alex have one daughter, Averly. Her beautiful blue eyes remind us of his eyes and they are out of this world. He adored all of our 10 children and our posterity is our light and sparkles on earth.

He later married Janice Starnes and helped raise her shooting star Thomas Starnes. She passed away in 2016.

Lonnie was magical and had a full life. He didn't like school as a child and really hated English. He was very naturally gifted in math which led to his successful career as a chemist where he created his world famous liquid minerals. His company was such a reflection of the inside man. Complete H2O Minerals was his contribution to making the world a healthier place. In high school he ran track and wrestled. He was bullied until he got nimble and known for his wrestling skills then he could take down the bad guys! He was intelligent and wise in a subtle way that made him approachable and he welcomed everyone with a smile! He began his younger years as a bartender, then he worked at the liquor store which sparked an idea to begin a delivery business to restaurants that complained about picking up their booze. He was very adept in business and generous in life. If you ate dinner with him he paid sometimes to his own detriment but that didn't matter to him. He just wanted everyone to feel cared for! He later opened a convenience store and that too was successful to the man with the golden touch in the business world. All this experience led to the supplement business and he provided optimal products.

His fiance often told him that he was a Genesis man. Like God he went into chaos to create and make a world. He was a powerful creator! He loved to travel with Rainbow and they saw many places with dear friends. They loved adventures on the back of his motorcycle and took their Sunday drives while the weather was good. He was her V.I.P. and they melded together. Even everyday chores were fun if they were together cooking, (He loved to make spaghetti and souffles), dancing in the kitchen, or singing their love song to each other while they cooked. They found a rare love that was deep and that will last forever. Lonnie and Rainbow became one soul without a seam.

Lonnie loved his family, friends and people loved him. Love is the stuff he was made of. Now this mighty star is our eternal light in the heavens. Look up! He will be twinkling.

His Celebration of Life will be held on February 17, 2024 starting at 12:00 at his shop where he spent so much time.

"The stars we look up to reflect what is in us." ~Sophia Bergman

He is in us. He is here and we now must build the heaven on earth that he would want us to live in and when we find our own bright light and find the best within us to give we have honored him and his love. We are now his light and he is our stardust.
