Lorna Virginia Barney Haws passed away after a long and pleasant life on 8 June 2018, of causes incident to age. She was born in Los Angeles, California on 26 January 1924 to William Clive Barney and Effie Ferieda Trabant. She married George Delmar Haws on 9 February 1944, and together they raised 7 children; Terry (Melanie), Virginia (Woody) Brison, Judy (Terry) Kitchen, Peggy (Randy) Johns, Cindy (DJ) Myrup, Gary (Wendy), Christy (Wayne) Larsen. She has also been blessed with 34 grandchildren and 91 great-grandchildren. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.  Lorna was preceded in death by her sweetheart, Dell. Interment will be at East Lawn Memorial Hills Cemetery, 4800 North 650 East, Provo, Utah, following a graveside service at 10:00 a.m. on 13 June 2018. Special thanks to Summerfield Retirement staff in Orem, Utah who have cared for her with love for over 5 years.
