Born November 16, 1931 in American Fork, Utah to Seth and Dora Deveraux Phillips. She married Thomas Reed Lassen June 6,1947, they lived in Provo, Utah. Reed passed away December 14, 1974.  Louise married Leonard Rasmussen April 23, 1981, they lived in Orem, Utah. Leonard passed away January 17, 2017. She worked at Albertsons and Allen's Super Save. She loved golfing, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Especially her kids and grandkids. Louise is survived by her children, Gerald Lassen, Dale Lassen, Barbara (Jerry) Timothy and Denise (Ed) Sanderson. 31 grandkids, 50 great grandkids and 10 great great grandkids. Brothers Jack Phillips and Glen Phillips. Preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, sons Alan Lassen and Doug Rasmussen, brothers Jay Phillips and Lee Phillips, daughters-in-law Linda Lassen, Leslie Lassen and grandson Nick Lassen.
