Lyle Jolene Thomas passed away November 4, 2021, in Provo, Utah. She was

born October 26, 1937, to Charles and Jessie Peay in Provo, Utah.

Jolene was a devoted mother and grandmother. Jolene better known as Grandma Jo, is

survived by her six children and their spouses, Terry (Kelly), Jeff (Mary), Randy

(Rob), Vicki, Cristine and Connie (Bridget), her 16 grandchildren, 38 great

grandchildren, and 8 great great grandchildren as well as extended family and

friends she always treated as family.

Jolene spent many years as a catcher for fast pitch softball and could burn a

hole in your hand, if you were able to catch the ball. She enjoyed watching the

Utah Jazz, and above all, spending time with her family. She was always

everyone's biggest cheerleader. She loved attending her grandchildren's

recitals, games, meets, plays or anything they participated in.

So long for now Grandma Jo, you were and will always be very loved.
