Lynell Clarice Holman was born May 28th, 1951 in Oakdale California. She was the oldest of 3 children born to Harold and Mary Jacqueline Holman. She was the prettiest girl with long blonde hair and green eyes. She spent her childhood years on her father's farm, where she milked cows frequently and loved be wild and free.

In her youth she loved ballroom dance at school and swimming. She was very stylish and loved wearing dresses and very kind hearted and service oriented. She was the perfect definition of poise and grace. Lynell took her love of style and service and competed and won numerous beauty pageants in California.

She became a baptized member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. When she was 12 and had an enormous amount of faith and love for the gospel. She was married to her beloved husband, Sherman Paul Dangerfield in the Oakland temple on June 5,1971. They then moved to Provo Utah to attend BYU where she studied for a Family studies degree and loved interior design.

Lynell and Sherman built a beautiful life together. She had 7 children 3 boys, 4 girls and raised her family in Modesto California, before moving back to Utah in 1999.

She was a beautiful singer, extremely creative, spiritual and giving she was a dedicated mother to her children and they were what she loved and fought for.

She was diagnosed with Cancer in 2014 and fought a long battle. We love you mom, thank you for your continued sacrifices for us children.

She returned with her Father in Heaven and reunited with her beloved Sherman Paul on August 5, 2025.

She is survived by her 7 remaining children. Daniel Dangerfield of Orem; Kari (Aaron) Morgan of Orem; Kelly (Ryan) Severson of Pleasant Grove; Aimee (Zak) Taylor of Orem; Julie (Sam) Mahana of Pleasant Grove; Brad (Kamie) Dangerfield of Salem & Scott Dangerfield of Orem; 26 Grand kids and 8 great grandchildren
