Matthew Daniel Anderson Burningham, 20, of Orem, Utah, passed away on April 25, 2021.

Matthew was born in Murray, Utah on December 23, 2000. Becoming the first and only son of Danny and Linda Burningham. Matthew was the youngest of three children and even though his Mom could not believe that we were adding a little boy to our family, he very quickly became and stayed everyone's favorite boy.

In youth Matthew was known by all in the neighborhood, usually because he tended to never come home with anything he left with. So often, daily calls and drop bys were made while trying to find him, his bike, his shoes, or a combination of all three.

Matthew attended Orem Schools, and really enjoyed art.

Matthew loved sports, basketball, soccer and swimming. He loved playing video games usually while inhaling a bag of chips or Takis. He really enjoyed going shooting with the family and was a member of the sharpshooter Dime Club. He was very kindhearted and loved being with his nieces and nephews.

Matthew was always on the go. Always on to the next thing.

Matthew will be fondly remembered as everyone's best friend. He could make a friend with anyone he met and was always with someone.

Matthew loved his family, and the memories we have all together are many.

Matthew is survived by his parents, his sisters, Tayler (Josh) McCrary, and Marissa Burningham, and nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Keith and Rita Burningham, and Bobby and Byrl Dee Mock.

Matthew will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. Matthew is now at peace, and we will always cherish the time we had together.

Services were held May 4th, 2021 at Eastlawn Memorial Hills, Provo, Utah.
