IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Max Leo
Haag
May 30, 1940 – December 16, 2022
Max Leo Haag. May 30, 1940 - December 16, 2022
Max Leo Haag was blessed into this world in American Fork, Utah to Walter Ferrabee Haag and Amy Louisa Phillips on May 30, 1940.
He is survived by his 3 children Shannon Haag Vaughn (Steve), Darin Haag (Marie), Mike Gammell (Angela), 8 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.
Max's first priority was his beautiful wife Lucinda Marie Chalk and his growing family. He was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and was sealed to his wife for all time and eternity.
Max was a systems analyst by profession, which made his navigation in genealogy effortless, so he spent a lot of time researching and documenting our family history. He enjoyed long drives on the East Coast with Cindy, getting lost, and eating lobster rolls. He loved working with his hands constructing wood furniture, old time trucks and cars, and shelving. Watching basketball and talking about sports and fast cars with his sons. But nothing beats his joy for having a constant winning streak with his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren in any card game. He was a jack of all trades. Max will forever be missed and loved by his family and friends.
"If you are on a road and feel lost, don't worry, you will eventually wind up somewhere."
-Max Leo Haag, lost on the roads in Vermont
