Miriam Renee Hester, born on March 26, 1937, passed away on August 19, 2024, at the age of 87. She was born in Caliente Nevada to Sylvester and Helen Anderson.

Miriam had a deep love for books, enjoyed watching Utah Jazz games, and found peace in camping and fishing. She was passionate about genealogy and loved discussing politics with friends and family.

Throughout her life, Miriam lived in various places, including Mount Pleasant Utah, Kearns Utah, Orem Utah, Danville Iowa, Las Vegas Nevada. . She was married to Harold Hester for 20 years until his passing in 1984. Miriam worked as a security guard and was known for her sharp mind and dedication to those she cared about.

Miriam was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and enjoyed going to church in her later years with her son and his family.

Miriam is survived by her son Steve (Shelley) Hester. 19 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Harold, Claudia, Barbara, Roselle, Randall, Gary, 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren

Miriam will be remembered fondly by her family and friends. She will be laid to rest with her husband Harold
