IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Myra Lynnea
Hall
February 17, 1969 – October 13, 2023
Myra Lynnea Hall was the first-born child of Larry Ray Hall and Carmel Montoya Hall, born on February 17, 1969. Myra was the granddaughter of Esta Nowers Hall and Herbert Ray Hall and Adelina Herrera and Elizardo Montoya. Her siblings are Elena Rae Hall and Orrin Beauprie Hall. Myra is a mother to Tyrel Craig Hubbard, Slone Montoya Clark and Sierra Jasmine Overton. Grandmother to five amazing grandchildren.
Myra was born at Fort MacArthur Military Base in San Pedro, Los Angeles, California and later moved to Santaquin, Utah where she spent her childhood and teen years. She lived a very adventurous childhood riding horses and playing with all the neighborhood kids in the apple orchards, fields or in Santaquin Canyon. When Myra was 16, she was crowned Miss Santaquin and attended every parade and event with the utmost of pride. Myra made every day one to remember. As a young adult, Myra moved to Springville Utah and enjoyed each neighborhood she lived in spending as much time as she could in her yard planting flowers and making sure it looked beautiful. She was always outside socializing with anyone that walked by and making new friendships with all her neighbors. Eventually Myra found her forever home on the foothills overlooking the incredible beauty of Utah County. Myra had a very adventurous spirit and always wanted to make a difference in this world. She found a career in Merchant Processing and made many of her clients lifelong friends. She worked hard and established a strong presence in Utah and the surrounding states. She had a great love of music and formed SHHO Entertainment, with a focus on the great classics, disco, motown and anything that was upbeat and had an energetic vibe. She very much enjoyed dancing and getting the whole room into the groove.
Myra had only three rules to life, if you live within these three rules, you will have a very good life just as she had. First, don't hurt yourself in any way. Don't hurt yourself mentally, physically, emotionally, or financially. Don't hurt your character, your integrity or your word. Second, don't hurt anyone else. Once you have mastered the first rule, it is easy to apply it to this second rule. And finally, learn and continue to learn as much as possible. Part of your job here on earth is to elevate your intellect, continuously. Once you know better, you do better. Be brave dear friends – be adventurous and see the world.
Myra was at the peak of her life when it was cut short and she transitioned from this earth on Friday, October 13th, 2023. We can only imagine what she would have accomplished had she been given more time. The family is hosting a Celebration of Life at one of her favorite places, the Springville Arts Museum on Friday October 27th, 2023, from 5-9pm. It will be a grand celebration with all the things Myra loved. We welcome all to attend and enjoy an evening sharing memories, including live music and food catered by her favorite restaurant, Magelby's. Myra will be missed dearly by many.
