Nancy Josephine Ladle Miller passed away peacefully on May 1, 2021. She was born April 9, 1936 to Ralph Burdette Ladle and Alice Harris in Saint Anthony, Idaho. She had a brother Harris Dwight Ladle who preceded her in death.

She married Colin Harris Miller on August 21, 1957 in the Salt Lake City Temple.Together, they raised four children-Craig, Scott, Elizabeth Ann, and Peter, 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She showered each one with love and made each one feel special.

Nancy was educated in Provo, Utah later receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University. She taught home economics in Pleasant Grove and in Salt Lake City. She was passionate about cooking and baking and her home was a reflection of her talents in interior design. Her kitchen was her sanctuary. Thousands of meals were her gift to those who came to visit.

Nancy loved to sew, quilt, paint and garden. She also enjoyed family history research, preserving special photos and histories including her own, and loved attending the temples of the church. She served as an ordinance worker in the Bogota Colombia Temple.

Nancy was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She was a dedicated visiting teacher and minister. Her callings included primary teacher, boy scout committee member, and ward and stake Relief Society presidencies. She served as a missionary on two missions with her husband, Colin (Mission President - Bilbao Spain and President of the Mission Training Center in Bogota Colombia).

Nancy will be dearly missed. Ultimately, Nancy was in the purest sense a disciple of Christ, and continues on the covenant path towards Him with her beloved Colin.
