Norma Jean Loe (Nee: Noggle), 94, Provo, Utah, passed through the veil on 16 February 2024. Norma was born on 18 September 1929 in Mishawaka, Indiana. Our mom was married to Robert "Bud" E. Loe (deceased 2002). Together Norma and Bud raised 5 children (Wanda Lee, Mark James, Rose Ann, Shawna Jean and James Eldin).

Norma is survived by 5 children and their spouses, 20 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 14 great great grandchildren. Mom was dedicated to God and her family, sacrificing at every turn to see to her family's spiritual and temporal welfare needs. She was the epitome of a mother and wife, always an optimist, never failing in difficult times. She was welcomed by our Heavenly Father and by those family and friends who have passed on. We will miss you and welcome the time we will re-unite, love you with all of our hearts.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Saturday 24 February 2024 from 1PM to 5PM at 610 West 300 South, Provo, Utah. The memorial service will commence at 2PM at the same location. Light refreshments will be provided after the service. In lieu of flowers she asked that donations be made to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Missionary Fund.
