Pamela Colleen Greaves, age 56, of Pleasant Grove, Utah, passed away from the result of a hard fall on March 19, 2021. Pam was born on February 22, 1965 in Boise, Idaho to the parents of John and Colleen (Christensen) Greaves. Pam was the 6th of 7 children.
At a very young age, Pam was diagnosed with a conditioned called hydrocephalus. She endured many surgeries which resulted in lifelong challenges.
Pam moved at the age of 12 to Mountain Home, Idaho where she graduated high school at Mountain Home High. She served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Roanoke, Virginia. She later moved to Boise, Idaho which was her favorite place to live.
She lived the last 10 years of her life in Utah close to many of her family members. She enjoyed playing the piano, singing, being a chorister, knitting blankets and dishcloths, putting together puzzles and playing games. She had a special love for babies and children.
Pam is survived by her father - John Greaves; brother - Murray Greaves; and 5 sisters - Jeanine Cowley, Sheri Johnson, Sue Helsten, Carol Merrick and Lisa Hayes. She is proceeded in death by her mother Colleen Greaves.
We wanted to give a special thank you to the staff at Alpine Care Center in Pleasant Grove, Utah. They gave such great care to her over the past 6 years. She loved each and every one of them.
A celebration of Pam's life is planned for Saturday, March 27th, 2021 at Walker Sanderson Funeral Home at 646 East 800 North in Orem with a viewing from 12:00 pm – 12:45 pm followed by funeral services at 1:00 pm. A Live Stream of services will begin at 1:00 PM at www.walkersanderson.com. Condolences may be shared with the family online on the same website.
Graveside services and burial will be in the Orem City Cemetery.
