Lois Patricia Sunday Giles (Pat) passed away peacefully in her home on Thursday, March 5, 2020, at age 84. She was surrounded by her loving husband, Redgional Glaid Giles (Rex) and caring family. She was born October 30, 1935, in Philadelphia, a daughter of William Jacob Sunday & Ada Norene Hartsfield. Pat & Rex were married on December 26, 1951 and later sealed in the Salt Lake City temple. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She was a wife and mother and enjoyed sharing her creativity through her sewing, ceramic paintings, floral arrangements and any kind of decorating she was invited to be apart of. Pat is survived by a brother, Mark Sunday; a sister, Charlene Rowley; five sons and four daughters-in-law, DeLain & Vicki Giles, Rex & Paula Giles, Glaid & Joy Giles, Maverick & Vickie Giles and Clint Giles; three daughters and three sons-in-law, Rexine & Rodger Orton, Crystal & Mike Pyne and Tricia & Andrew Nielsen; 34 grandchildren; 72 great grandchildren; 9 great great grandchildren. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, William Jacob Sunday & Ada Norene Hartsfield; two sisters, Deloris Kahlert & Shirley Kirchoff; a son-in-law, Matthew Peterson; a daughter-in-law, Patti Giles; a grandson, Chip Giles; and her in-laws, Roy & LaDacy Giles. The family would like to thank everyone at Inspiration Hospice and especially Kate. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, March 13, 2020 in the Grandview 11th Ward 900 West 2150 North, Provo, UT. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday March 12, 2020 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. or Friday morning from 9:45-10:45 both visitations at the church..
