Rich was born March 28th, 1981 in Provo, UT to Blaine & Glenda Carter. Rich was the youngest of seven children & completed the Carter family similarly to how Barney Fife completed Mayberry with his fantastic sense of humor…always keeping us laughing! Richard grew up in Orem and graduated from Orem High School class of '99. He loved wood working and became a "Master Craftsman" in cabinetry and finishing work. He remodeled his family home to his Mother's delight. He will be remembered by his skilled work in all his family's homes. He could honestly fix anything at home, work or anywhere. Growing up he received his Eagle Scout at the young age of 14. He loved the out-doors, spending time at the family cabin, loved motorcycles & 4 wheelers until his Evel Knievel antics resulted in a partial titanium face. He loved to laugh but most especially making others around him laugh with his voices, imitations and overall comedic personality. Being the youngest he was very close to his nieces and nephews and could always be found hanging out with them making them laugh. Richard had a quiet love & testimony of the Savior. Rich loved his family and was inseparable from his Bother & Friend Robert. We are all devastated by his sudden passing but are comforted of the knowledge he is with his mom. Richard is survived by his Father, Blaine Carter, siblings Kyle, Elaine (Dan), Karl (Sunny), Rodney, Robert, Andy (Jill). Nieces & Nephews: Nicholas, Brad, Lindsay, Nichole, Jacob, Ben, Courtney, Amanda Moon, Jackson & Haylee. Great nieces & nephews, Cousins, aunts & uncles. He is preceded in death by his Mother Glenda Carter.
