IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Season Michelle
Dow
February 24, 1978 – October 31, 2021
Season Michelle (Harris) Dow
Feb 24, 1978- Oct 31, 2021
Our loving mother and wife and sister Season Michelle (Harris) Dow returned home to her Heavenly Father on Sunday, Oct 31st. She was born to Dennis Earl Frodge and Sharon Harris Frodge Hoefer in Fort Lauderdale, Florida Feb 24, 1978. She is survived by her husband Christian Dow, 3 beautiful children Cora, and Brody, Stepdaughter Tori; her father Dennis Frodge, stepmother Karen Frodge, and brother Eric Frodge. Season was preceded in death by her mother Sharon Harris Frodge Hoefer 2 months prior.
She was torn away from us prematurely along with her eldest son Tobias Aidan Dow following a tragic drunk driving accident on Oct 31st. The spent their final evening together in pure joy enjoying beautiful music at the Andrea Bocelli concert in Salt Lake City.
Season grew up in Fort Lauderdale, FL and attended Stranahan High School. Season's mother was paralyzed in an accident when Season was 3 years old. This created and incredible hardship that Season took in stride. She was her mother's primary caretaker for the majority of her life.
She married Christian Dow in July 2004 and marriage was solemnized in the Orlando, Florida temple. They lived in several states then moved back to Florida and had 3 beautiful children together.
Season was a light to everyone around her. She was full love and joy. She was always able to turn the saddest of times into happy ones. She was an eternal optimist and found the good in everything and everyone. She had a passion for spending time with her children, who she loved more than anything in life. She loved to read, write and had passion for teaching. She loved to serve and help others and have deep conversations. She didn't just make friends, she made best friends everywhere she went. She loved the Lord and served proudly in many callings throughout her life as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. In addition to being a live-in caretaker for her disabled mother, she also devoted much of her time caring and providing for her niece and nephew. Her capacity to love and serve others was above and beyond anything of this earth.
She moved her family to Utah in 2019 and she went back to school and graduated from Western Governors University with a bachelor's degree in education in 2021. She just started as a 3rd grade teacher at Brookhaven Elementary in Eagle Mountain, Utah and made lasting impressions and had a significant impact on her students and the community in just a few short months.
We will deeply miss you and always love you.
