Obituary

Tammara Ann Boone, age 46, of Provo passed away Wednesday October 25, 2017 from MRSA obtained from a spider bite in 2016. Tammara was born August 7th, 1971 to Melvin E. Boone and Jacoba Vandonburg. Tammy had a lust for life and lived it to the fullest. Tammy had a passion for people and always saw the best in someone and she would help anyone, anyway, anytime. Tammy's lifelong dream was to become an RN and work in the newborn ICU. Tammy started nursing school a few times but never got the chance to finish. The demand of raising a family took first priority in her life and her husband, children and family always came first. Tammy made friends easily and she touched the hearts and lives of everyone that knew and loved her. Tammara is survived by her children Kathrin Lemons (Landon) Warrensburg Mo, Laura Drissen (Michael) Emporia KS, Samantha Miller (Jordan) Ft Campbell KY, Brandon Tyler (Jennifer) Branson MO, Tristin Rigby (Aubrey) Lavan Ut, Daymond Rigby Blackfoot ID, angel Ricco Ogden Ut, siblings Michael Boone Syracuse Ut, Dorothy Winger (David) Duchesne Ut, Leslie Brekk (Jason) Arizona, Leon Boone Kanab Ut, Harley Boone (Tricia) Blackfoot ID, Stephen Boone Blackfoot ID, Favorite Cousin Joann Sabaral, 11 grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Tammara was preceded in death by her parents Melvin Boone, Madelynn Boone, brother Raymond Garrick, aunt Wanda Curtis and uncle Nephi Curtis. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday November 4th at 1:00 pm at the Pioneer Park Ward at 610 W 300 S Provo Ut. In leu of flowers, donations may be made to help cover funeral expenses. A luncheon will be served after the services. There will be no burial due to Tammy's ashes being split between lockets and 2 of her favorite places. Half will be flown to Honolulu HI and scattered over the water by her cousin Joan and the other half will be spread across Willow Creek up Ephraim Canyon. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and other staff in the Neuro Shock Trauma ICU for all the kindness, respect and understanding, Utah Valley Specialty Hospital for all the kind and caring service from the staff and Orem Rehab and Nursing for all the love, support and tenderness. Jennifer was so sweet to Tammy and was really town up about Tammy's passing.
