Tony Edward Montoya

September 19, 1963 to March 21, 2025

Tony Edward Montoya a loving father, brother and son passed away March 21, 2025 at 3:15am in Orem Utah while battling cancer.

Tony was a true warrior and fisherman at heart. A martial artist who studied many styles and emulated Bruce Lee's principles. Tony loved fishing and felt great peace and enjoyment next to a body of water, fighting and reeling in fish one after another.

Tony also had a very good heart and was always willing to help those in need. He has earned the love and respect from many a friend and stranger in his pursuit to share what God had given him.

Tony was a very caring father, brother and son, always quick to ask if you needed anything or remind you he was there to support you. He would also be there to give you that hard love when you were doing wrong, but usually it ended with a life lesson based from his one life experience.

Tony leaves behind 5 children Candelaria, Kimberly, Anthony, Justin and Alisha. As well as 16 grandchildren and his brothers and sisters Bob, Randy, Edwin, Sandra, Dora, Theresa and Juan Carlos.

He will be greatly missed but his memory will live on with all of us. We will be having a celebration of life, including the spreading of ashes and his final burial at an undisclosed time later in the summer.
