Obituary

Tracy Lynn Noll finally experienced a long-awaited reunion with her sweet angel mother and her beloved father on August 9, 2023, at the age of 52, and is riding Space Mountain for the 100th time in a row, soaking up the sun at the Hale Koa Resort in Hawaii, and eating crab legs to her heart's content.

Tracy was born on December 20, 1970, in Walnut Creek, California to Douglas and Linda (Sisley) Bell. She and Gary Brian Noll, the love of her life, eloped on November 14, 1991, in Anchorage, AK. They later held a celebration and second ceremony with family and friends on July 18, 1992, in San Ramon, CA, and, alongside their children, were finally sealed for time and all eternity in the Manti, UT LDS Temple on August 14, 1999.

Tracy deeply loved her family, her Savior, Jesus Christ, and the close friendships she so carefully nurtured. Her love for all things coconut, sunshine, sandy, and Disney shone through her bright personality and infected all those around her with similar daydreams of Mainstreet U.S.A., the warm ocean breezes of Hawaii, and lazy pool days.

Tracy is survived by too many to name, as she had a way of making a lasting impression on everyone she met. Her legacy lives on through her ducklings: Ryan (Aubrey), Jessi, Macy, and Alec. However, we all know that the favorite duckling is her first granddaughter, Hallie.

A service to celebrate Tracy's life is scheduled for Friday, August 25, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at Spring Acres Arts Park (700 S 1300 E, Springville, UT 84663). We ask those who attend to bring their own blankets or chairs to sit on during the service.

In a letter that Tracy wrote to her mother, Linda, she said, "You are the best part of me . . . Thank you for being who you were and making me who I am." Like mother, like daughter, Tracy will always be the best part of us. We have been touched by how she lived her life and remain inspired by her shining light forevermore. We will never stop thanking her for who she was and for the empowering legacy that she leaves behind, pushing each of us to be better.
