Our dear mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother passed away peacefully on June 27, 2017. Mom moved to East Carbon City (Dragerton), Utah as a young teenage wife and mother where she lived for the remainder of her life. Mom was a wonderful matriarch practicing love, compassion and generosity to family, friends and strangers alike. She was a prayer warrior who demonstrated her love, devotion, and faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ by daily prayer and bible study. Mom is survived by her children Joe (Mariella), Moses, Flora (Doug), Chuck (Machel), Scott (Michelle) Mel, Jan (Ron), Carla (wife of Jimmy deceased), Shelly (wife of Anthony deceased) as well as her brothers, nephews and nieces. She was proceeded in death by her husband Joe and her children Vincent, Anthony, Jimmy, Eve, and her grandson Coleman. The Gallegos family wishes to express their profound gratitude to Dr. Kyle Jeffery and all of the medical team and volunteers at the Castleview Hospital for their compassionate care of our mother and of us.
