It is with broken hearts that we have to announce the passing of our beloved son William "Billy" David Robertson on June 27, 2024. Born April 27th 1990. Only 34 years old.

Billy lit up a room with his infectious smile. Always happy and carefree. He never let anything get him down. Even when life was a struggle he had a smile and would say Hey, everything is great. Billy was amazing at everything athletic he tried. The first time we went surfing he hopped right on a board and away he went like a pro. He had the best balance anyone had ever seen. He could ride a unicycle for miles. When he was young we would go to Lake Powell and as usual, the first time he tried wakeboarding it was like he'd done it his entire life. Billy was amazing at computer programming and had designed many websites and games.

Always the philosopher, we would have conversations about astronomy, science and just life in general. He really enjoyed working with excavators and heavy equipment. When in Kentucky a tornado touched down and destroyed his father's home and property. He said he had to crawl out of a pile of rubble 10 feet deep.

Billy had also lived through a plane crash when he was just 12 years old on a flight from Salt lake to Denver. The landing gear would not come down on the plane and they had to hard land on foam on the runway.

Billy lived a cavalier life and if anything good can come from this tragedy it would be to spread the word of the dangers of inhaling canned air like you clean your keyboard with. It's like playing Russian Moulet and is very deadly. Our hearts are broken and always will be.

Billy is survived by his Mother and stepfather Rebecca and Edward Kaltenback, many aunts, uncles and cousins who love him. Billy is preceded in death by his father Anthony Lee Robertson and stepmother Ellen Robertson.

Funeral services will be held Saturday July 13th at 11 am, at Walker Sanderson Funeral Home of Provo, 85 East 300 South, Provo.

Interment a will be at the Spring City cemetery, Spring City Utah following the service.
